It’s simple: we love Greek yogurt.
What started as a daily ritual in our kitchen – bowls of Greek yogurt for snacks, desserts and even the occasional massive lunch, turned to a question we couldn’t ignore:
Why isn’t there frozen Greek yogurt?
We looked at the market and saw a gap. We wanted to create something that maintained the integrity of clean, whole-food ingredients without sacrificing the creamy and indulgent texture we loved.
From Our Apartment to Your Freezer
In our small Chicago apartment, we began experimenting. We set out to create a frozen Greek yogurt mix that didn't just taste good, but made you feel good about eating it. Three machines later, and after thousands of YouTube ice cream production and science lessons, we finally cracked the code.
